1. Platform Description

GetInstantCare is a secure teleconsultation platform owned and operated by Morfinn. The Platform connects licensed EU medical doctors with individuals physically located within the European Union, including but not limited to:

We welcome all individuals, regardless of their residency status, citizenship, or nationality. There is no form of discrimination based on background, legal status, or nationality. Patients are preferably physically located within the EU or in EEA/EFTA countries (such as Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland) at the time of consultation in order to facilitate the recognition and fulfillment of prescriptions at local pharmacies, as these countries generally accept EU prescriptions.

Medical consultations occur via secure video interface and are limited to non-urgent and non-emergency health conditions.

2. Scope of Service

The Platform provides remote consultations for a wide range of medical concerns, including but not limited to:

The list is illustrative, not exhaustive, and is subject to clinical evaluation by the attending physician.

Consultations typically last between 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the complexity of the case and whether a virtual examination is feasible.

3. Emergency Situations

⚠️ GetInstantCare is not a substitute for emergency medical services.

If you or someone you assist is experiencing a life-threatening or urgent condition, immediately dial 112 (available across the EU) or seek care at the nearest emergency facility.

Doctors on the Platform are not in a position to contact local emergency services on your behalf, particularly when you are located in another country. In all cases of perceived danger or medical emergency, it is solely your responsibility to immediately contact emergency services by dialing 112 or the local emergency number.

5. Controlled Medications and Prescriptions

Issuance of any medication, including controlled substances, is entirely subject to the physician’s professional assessment. The prescribing doctor carries full medical and legal responsibility, and their liability is covered under their professional insurance, not that of the Platform or Morfinn.

Prescriptions are issued in accordance with EU Directive 2012/52/EU on cross-border healthcare and are intended to be recognized in all EU and EEA member states where such legislation is applicable.

The Platform provides localized legal references (in the national language) attached to each prescription explaining its validity and legal acceptance under national and EU law.
